At Reid Jewellers, we want you to be more than satisfied with your jewellery or watch purchase! Please read our Return Policy so we may ensure your utmost satisfaction.

We will gladly exchange, credit or refund your merchandise within 10 business days of purchase (during November and December, this extends to 10 days after Christmas if the purchase is a Christmas or New Year's gift). Merchandise should be in new condition and with the original packaging and all parts and coupons etc. included. Please retain your sales slip to avoid delays with your return. We have 'gift receipts' available at time of purchase; please ask if you wish to have one.

Please note: Wearing a watch or an item of jewellery even for a short time may mark or scratch the finish of the item and render it unreturnable. If the item is not suitable please do not wear or use it, but put it back in its packaging and return it to us. We cannot sell previously worn items as new.

Defective items will be repaired or replaced at our option or according to the manufacturer's warranty. (Please read your warranty and see our Warranty section for more information)

We regret that sale items discounted 25% or more, custom or special orders, altered (sized) and engraved items cannot be returned for exchange, credit or refund and are final sale.
