About our warranties

At Reid Jewellers, we proudly warranty our products to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a minimum period of one year from date of purchase. Many of our products are warranted for two, three, five or more years. Many of our diamond rings as well as gold and sterling jewellery also come with Lifetime Warranties against defects in material and workmanship! Your sales associate will fill in and explain your specific warranty at the time of purchase for you, and we register all warranties so there is nothing for you to send in. We DO NOT charge extra for any warranty we provide, as is often done in many stores.

If any repairs under warranty are required for any purchase from our store please return the item to us with your papers and we will take care of it from there. From the actual repair, or shipping and handling, following up on the item to dealing with the manufacturer we do everything for you!

We briefly explain our warranties at time of purchase but we strongly recommend you read any warranty thoroughly to understand the terms and conditions. Warranties usually do not cover accident, abuse or misuse of the product and an understanding of the use and care of your jewellery or watch is very important for a lifetime of enjoyment and trouble free wear.

Our watch and jewellery repairs are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year with normal use and wear.
